Healthy drinking tips:
It's worth keeping count of how much you're drinking, especially if you're mixing alcohol with high caffeine energy drinks. Mixing caffeine with alcohol may make you feel more awake and less aware of how drunk you are. Also, caffeine and alcohol are both diuretic - they make you pass water - and drinking them together may leave you badly dehydrated.
